Debra Messing Allure Photo Fake? 'Celebrities Should Be Ashamed

"This was definitely challenging," 33 year-old Extra host Maria Menounos said after commenting on how she was shy about revealing her body. "But I feel so much better having done it."
Debra Messing, who currently stars in the new television musical "Smash" has explained that it had a lot to do with acceptance.
"Once you have a child, once you pass 40, you have a different relationship with your body," the "Smash" star said about her Allure shoot, in the magazine. "I love my body in a way I never have before."

The two women look stunning in their respective black and white images, which see them sprawled out seductively across a bed, merely wearing a few items of jewellery.
And while there is not an inch to pinch on 33-year-old Maria's incredibly toned physique, The Extra host reveals that taking off her clothes for the camera is a terrifying task.
Maria says that her trepidations comes from a particularly embarrassing incident, which occurred a couple of years ago.

Menounos told Allure her photo shoot was tough, saying that she's so squeamish about nudity she's afraid to get pregnant because if she does she'll have to show her doctor her goods.
"I have some serious issues here," the 33-year-old "Extra" host and "DWTS" competitor admitted to Allure. "But I want to get over that."
"Smash" star Messing, on the other hand, said bring it. "I don't have the body that working out in a gym for three hours a day would create, but I feel pretty good," the 43-year-old actress said. "I represent that."

Dancing with the Stars 2012 beauty Maria Menounos wears next to nothing while twirling and kissing dance partner Derek Hough on the show, but says she was nervous when taking off all her clothes for an Allure photo shoot.
She only wears diamond jewelry in the sexy pictures and she says she is not so comfortable in the buff despite her toned and fit body.
"It took a lot of courage for me, who can barely take off her clothes in front of a doctor, to do this," Extra! correspondent Menounos confessed.

43-year-old Messing, in the meantime, described her participation as a process of self-acceptance. She added that she loves her "shoulders, clavicle, and chest" the most.
