Sly Stallone Settles Lawsuit

We don't know how much money changed hands, but sources connected with the case tell TMZ, "Sly was smiling."

The actor claimed Hadid -- who has appeared on "Shahs of Sunset" -- charged him a fortune for a high end kitchen island but installed cheap wood veneer/plywood.  And the complaints went on and on.

In Sly's lawsuit, filed by Marty Singer, he blamed Lisa Vanderpump, who gave Hadid a four-star referral.

According to legal documents, the builder also alleged Stallone once threatened to smash his head in with a baseball bat and told him: "Get these dirty Mexicans out of here or I will blow your head off."

Stallone's lawyer Marty Singer believes the celebrity developer - who once appeared on US reality TV show 'Shahs of Sunset' - was simply making a "desperate attempt" to get attention, and said the actor was never told about a hearing for a restraining order.
He said: "This is a desperate attempt by a man who wants to be a media star, which is why he's a guest star on 'Shahs of Sunset'." (C) BANG Media International

In legal documents, Mohamed had fired back at Sly, saying that the actor abused his own dog and threatened to kill Mohamed.

Perhaps the most fascinating part of the story is that Sylvester is blaming Lisa for having given her friend Mohamed a glowing referral to Sylvester. How dare he blame Lisa!

And let's get this straight: Lisa and Sly are pals? That is the oddest friend pairing that we've ever heard of!

And if the allegations about Sylvester and his dog are true, then let's just hope the guy stays far, far, away from Giggy.
